We’re now looking for a Sales Development Representative (Associate) to join our growing team. This role is about character, commitment, and trainability — not years of experience.

The Role

As SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients. You’ll handle leads across social media, email, and inbound channels, set up appointments with our functional consultants and technical experts, and ensure prospects experience a professional, consistent journey from first contact to meeting.

What You’ll Do

  • Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and all social media platforms
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule appointments for the V3locity team
  • Support client meetings with preparation, notes, and follow-up
  • Manage and grow V3locity Global’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.)
  • Respond quickly to online inquiries and keep conversations active
  • Keep our CRM accurate and pipelines well-organised
  • Assist with campaigns, events, and other marketing activities

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable with social media and digital tools (Microsoft 365, CRM systems, Canva, etc.)
  • Honest, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Strong team player who can adapt quickly
  • No prior sales or marketing experience required — full training provided
